Support our Program
As a registered charitable organization, the Squadron Sponsoring Committee welcomes donations from people and organizations who wish to support the cadet program. Your donation helps us purchase goods and services not paid for by the Department of National Defence, improving the quality of the cadets' experience in our program. Please contact the SSC Chairperson to find out more. You may also make an online donation through our CanadaHelps account.
Welcome to the 44 Sarnia Imperial Squadron website! This site contains much of the information needed to ensure all cadets and their families are informed about our program and activities. It also acts as the primary communication tool between the Squadron Staff (military and civilian supervisors, as well as the Squadron Sponsoring Committee) and our Cadet Community (cadets and their families, as well as our supporters and friends). The pages indicated by the menu above contain very important information in them. It is vital that everyone involved with the Squadron familiarize themselves with the site's various sections and check them regularly (i.e., every couple of days) for updates, especially the hours leading up to any cadet activity. It really is the only way you will know what is happening!
Our program runs on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm to 9:00pm) from September to June. There will be special activities throughout the year where cadets will be asked to participate on different days of the week. There may, also, be opportunities to attend one of the many summer training courses (limited spaces available) offered by the program.
